Abdullah Ramal's story reflects a recent trend: security and stability in Judea and Samaria have reinforced cooperation between the Civil Administration and Palestinian people. Five-year-old Ramal crossed into Israel to undergo a life-saving surgery back in September. The Civil Administration of Judea and Samaria donated 380,000 NIS to fully cover Ramal's rigorous dialysis treatments, kidney transplant and medicine.
