Today, the IDF marks one year since it launched Operation Pillar of Defense, a widespread campaign designed to combat Gaza terrorism and defend Israeli living under rocket fire. One year later, the threat of rocket attack from Gaza has not ceased. We will continue to protect the people of Israel.
