Israeli singer Shlomi Saranga has been invited to perform at the Jewish community's annual award ceremony to be held at the Kremlin in Moscow in December.
Award recipients at the ceremony will be recognized for their work in the fields of journalism, culture and charity.
Saranga will perform on stage together with Moscow's Philharmonic Orchestra which comprises of some 70 musicians.
Saranga described the invitation to perform at the ceremony which will be attended by senior Russian officials as a once in a lifetime experience and said performing with such an orchestra will be challenging.
